6 handed with 50 dollar stacks you raise to $3 UTG with A♦K♣ and a regular calls on the button. The flop comes 4♠ 2♦ 9♣. You bet $6 and he calls. The turn comes 5♣. What should you do?

Correct Answer: Bet, but only if you plan on betting most rivers

The only time you should second barrel this turn is if you plan on betting almost all rivers. The reason being your opponent most likely has a one-pair hand like 8s9s or 8c8d. Of these hands, few if any are folding the turn. They will, however, likely fold the river if you continue your aggression. So if you bet here, you have to bet the river or else you're setting money on fire.
